Compatibility limits

This cover fits only the 9.7 inch iPad models released in 2017 and 2018 with model numbers A1822, A1823, A1893 or A1954. It will not fit any other iPad generation or screen size. Buyers who own a different iPad model must choose a case designed for that specific device.

Smart cover functions

The magnetic tri-fold front cover activates automatic sleep and wake when opened or closed to preserve battery life. It detaches easily and folds into two stable stand angles for viewing media or typing. A built-in pencil holder secures an Apple Pencil while an integrated plastic screen protector shields the display from scratches and fingerprints.

Three-layer protection

The case combines a magnetic PU leather front cover, a hard polycarbonate inner frame and a rigid acrylic back shell. This construction guards the front, back and edges against drops, bumps, scratches and dust. Buyers who need a folio with a keyboard or a waterproof enclosure should look for a different product type.
