This hard case fits only the 12.4 inch Surface Laptop Go 1 (model 1943, 2020 release) and Surface Laptop Go 2 (model 2013, 2022 release). It will not fit any other Surface model or laptop series. Buyers who own a different Surface size or generation cannot use this case.

Three-layer shell handles daily knocks

A hard plastic frame, polycarbonate inner shell and soft silicone layer combine to absorb drops, resist scratches and keep dust out. The materials are described as safe for contact and hold their shape during regular transport and desk use.

Kickstand and stylus built into the cover

A foldable kickstand provides two fixed angles for viewing or typing without extra accessories. A 2-in-1 stylus stores in the case; one end works on the touchscreen while the other twists out as a ballpoint pen. Precise cutouts keep the camera, speakers, charging port and Touch ID accessible while the case stays on.

Questions about this item

Does the 3-layer hard-plastic, PC and silicone shell trap heat during all-day use?

The case uses a hard plastic frame, PC inner shell and soft silicone that leave ventilation areas open, so normal thermal performance is not affected.

What must I already own for this case to fit correctly?

You need a Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2 12.4 inch model 2013 or Surface Laptop Go 1 12.4 inch model 1943; no other laptop fits the precise cutouts.

Will the built-in kickstand and stylus holder still work if I keep using my older Surface Laptop Go 1?

Yes, the kickstand offers two viewing angles and the 2-in-1 stylus pen fits the holder on the Go 1 model 1943 exactly as on the Go 2 model 2013.
