iPad 10th Generation Compatibility

This keyboard case is built exclusively for the iPad 10th Generation 10.9 inch 2022 release, matching model numbers A2696, A2757 and A2777. The magnetic floating design holds the tablet securely while allowing adjustable viewing angles. It is not suitable for earlier iPad models, the 10.9 inch iPad Air or any other tablet size. Buyers who need a case for a different iPad generation should look elsewhere.

500 mAh Battery and Trackpad Dimensions

The integrated 500 mAh battery delivers up to 220 hours of use without backlighting or 6 hours with the soft white backlight active. A high-precision glass trackpad measuring 3.8 by 2 inches supports multi-finger gestures such as swipe, scroll and app switching. Heavy backlight users will need to recharge more frequently. Users who require multi-day runtime with constant illumination will find the capacity limiting.

Bluetooth Keyboard Case Constraints

The case connects via Bluetooth and adds a physical keyboard and trackpad to the iPad without a wired link. The floating magnetic hinge relies on the tablet's own structure for stability. Typing comfort and trackpad responsiveness depend on the Bluetooth connection remaining stable. Buyers who want a wired keyboard, a built-in battery pass-through or a rigid laptop-style hinge will not be served by this design.

Questions about this item

Will the floating magnetic hinge hold my iPad 10th Gen model A2696 steady on a train tray table?

The case uses strong magnetic suction to keep the iPad 10th Generation 10.9 inch 2022 slightly floating yet secure on uneven surfaces.

How can I confirm the 3.8 × 2-inch trackpad and white backlight are both active after pairing?

The AG glass trackpad lights up with multi-touch gestures and the soft white backlight illuminates keys when ambient light drops.

Does the box include a charger for the 500mAh battery or must I supply a USB-C cable?

The package contains the keyboard case only; a USB-C cable for the 500mAh battery is not included.
