Designed for Kobo Sage 8.0 inch 2021

This slim case fits only the 2021 Kobo Sage eReader with an 8.0 inch screen. The precise cutouts keep every button and port accessible while the device sits snugly inside. A soft TPU shell adds shockproof protection without noticeable bulk. The frosted back resists fingerprints and increases grip to help prevent drops.

Upgrades from basic sleeves or no cover

A simple pouch protects only during transport; this case guards the Sage 360 degrees while you read. The magnetic closure replaces loose straps and triggers auto sleep or wake when you open or close the cover. The foldable front creates several stand angles for hands-free reading. Two included stylus pens store in the cover so a writing tool is always at hand.

Handles daily knocks, scratches and dust

The soft TPU body absorbs shocks from minor drops and shields edges and corners from bumps. The frosted surface reduces smudges and keeps the back scratch-free during regular use. It does not add water resistance or ruggedised drop ratings beyond everyday knocks. Buyers needing heavy-duty outdoor protection or a keyboard attachment should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the 8.0 inch case cover leave the USB-C port and power button accessible?

Precise cutouts align with every port and button on the Kobo Sage so you can charge and wake the device without removing the case.

How do I activate the auto sleep and wake function on the magnetic cover?

The magnets are embedded in the front flap; simply close the cover to put the reader to sleep and open it to wake — no buttons or settings required.

Will the included 2-in-1 stylus tips wear out and need replacing?

The stylus has a sensitive tip on one end and a standard capacitive tip on the other; both are solid with no refillable parts, so replacement is not expected under normal use.
