Compatible Surface Pro models

This keyboard cover fits the 13 inch Microsoft Surface Pro 9 (2022), Surface Pro 8 (2021) and Surface Pro X. It connects wirelessly via Bluetooth with a signal range up to 33ft or 10 metres. The built-in 650mAh rechargeable battery provides over 500 hours of standby time on a full charge. A charging cable is included for replenishing the battery.

Upgrade from on-screen typing

The cover replaces touchscreen input with a physical scissor-switch keyboard and a clickable touchpad that supports left and right clicks. Seven-colour LED backlighting enables comfortable work in low-light conditions. Two adjustable viewing angles let you set the device for typing or reading. It is not suited for users who require pen charging while the stylus is stored in the holder.

Magnetic attachment and setup

Strong magnets hold the cover securely to the Surface Pro or allow the keyboard to be used separately. Pairing follows standard Bluetooth procedure on the tablet. The pencil holder accommodates a stylus but does not charge it, and no pen is included. Avoid forcing the hinge beyond the two preset angles to prevent damage to the magnetic mechanism.
