Round Beaded Ceiling Medallion 16-Inch

This new Westinghouse 7773300 ceiling medallion provides a decorative white backdrop for ceiling fans or light fixtures. Its rope-style beaded border and smooth surface suit a variety of interior styles. The molded plastic construction measures 16 inches in diameter with a 1-inch height and a 4-inch center opening. Adhesive or separate hardware is required for mounting.

Fire Safety Clearance Requirement

A critical installation limit requires all light bulbs or heat-generating sources to remain at least 6 inches away from the medallion surface to avoid fire risk. This clearance rule restricts the types of fixtures and bulb wattages that can be used safely with this product. Builders must verify their specific fixture dimensions comply with this mandatory spacing before purchase.

4-Inch Center Opening Diameter

The single specification determining fit is the 4-inch center opening, which must align with the electrical box or fixture canopy in the ceiling. If the existing opening is larger than 4 inches, this medallion will not cover it without modification. Buyers needing to conceal openings wider than 4 inches cannot use this model.
