A 31-1/2 inch shear-cut cable cutter handles electrical and data cable up to 2-1/8 inch diameter with alloy-steel jaws
The Westward 10D451 is a shear-cut cable cutter built for electrical and data cables up to 2-1/4 inches in diameter. Its alloy-steel jaws and 31-1/2 inch overall length give the leverage needed for thick bundles on job sites or in maintenance shops.
The shear cutting action produces a clean cross-section without crushing the conductor, but it is not designed for steel wire, armoured cable or hardened materials. The maximum data-cable diameter of 2-1/4 inches sets a hard ceiling; larger bundles must be split before cutting.
No assembly is required — the tool works straight from the box. The steel handles lack cushioned grips, so prolonged use can cause hand fatigue and slipping in oily conditions. Users should verify the cable type matches the cutter's rating to avoid jaw damage.

The 10D451 is the Westward shear-cut cable cutter rated for up to 2-1/8 inch diameter electrical or data cable.
The long handles give extra leverage so you can shear through maximum-size cable with less hand force.
The shear blades slice cleanly without crushing the conductors, leaving a flat end ready for termination.
