Steel Cantilever Tool Box

The Westward 10J171 is a new steel cantilever tool box finished in red. Its folding lid extends multiple tiers outward to reveal the interior. A padlockable latch secures the contents during transport. The folding top handle allows comfortable carrying to the job site.

900 Cubic Inches Storage

The single compartment provides 900 cubic inches of volume for hand tools and accessories. The cantilever action keeps everything visible when open so items are quick to locate. It runs out of space when larger power tools or deep socket sets must be stored.

Manual Cantilever Mechanism

The box relies on a purely mechanical cantilever system with no powered assistance. Steel construction adds weight that affects portability when fully loaded. The padlockable hasp accepts a standard shackle but no lock is included. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to this product.

Questions about this item

Will the 17 in wide cantilever tool box sit securely on my existing steel workbench without sliding?

The steel construction and folding top handle keep the box stable on a flat bench surface, and the padlockable system adds weight to the lid so it stays closed during vibration.

How can I confirm the 900 cubic inch interior is fully usable after I load my tools?

Open the cantilever lid and extend each tier; if every compartment folds flat and the single main cavity accepts your longest tool without binding, the full volume is accessible.

Does the box ship with a padlock or must I supply my own for the locking system?

The locking system is padlockable only; no padlock is included, so you will need to provide one separately.
