Drain Cleaning Cable for Guns

This inner-core cable fits drain guns and works with the 22XP36 cleaner series. The 25 ft steel cable has a 5/16 in diameter and a bulb-auger end. It targets kitchen sinks, laundry lines, lavatories and shop sinks with inside diameters between 1 1/4 in and 2 in.

Build and Connections

The drum-type cable uses an inner-core design for rigidity while the bulb auger engages blockages directly. Steel construction resists kinking during repeated feed and retrieval cycles. The cable end mates with compatible drain guns so operators can advance or retract without hand-over-hand handling.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your drain gun accepts 5/16 in drum cable and that the 22XP36 series is the rated cleaner for the unit. Confirm the drain line inside diameter falls within the 1 1/4 in to 2 in range before ordering. Ensure the 25 ft length reaches the furthest trap or cleanout in the run.
