Spiral ratchet pipe reamer handles 1/4 to 2 inch copper, PVC and steel pipe for countersinking and deburring
The Westward 3CYV4 is a hand-operated pipe reamer built for countersinking and deburring the inner edges of conduit and tubing. Its self-feeding spiral blade advances smoothly through copper, PVC and steel pipe from a quarter inch up to two inches in diameter. Plumbers, electricians and maintenance crews reach for it when clean, burr-free ends are required before joining or threading.
At twenty-one and a half inches long and two and a half inches wide the reamer slides into a standard kit alongside wrenches and cutters. The straight steel handle gives direct leverage without needing a separate ratchet or power drive, freeing up bench space and removing the hunt for batteries or sockets on the job site.
The blade handles pipe walls up to four millimetres thick, maintaining a consistent feed rate during extended use on steel conduit. Heat buildup stays low because the cutting action is spread along the spiral, so the tool keeps producing clean chamfers across long runs without the grab-and-release cycle common with single-flute reamers.
