Adjustable Hand Reamer 25/32-27/32 in

The Westward 4LGT3 is an adjustable hand reamer made from high speed steel. It covers a fractional inch range from 25/32 in to 27/32 in for precision hole finishing. The tool is designed for manual operation in maintenance and repair tasks.

Machinists needing a single reamer for two close

This reamer suits machinists who need one tool for two specific fractional sizes within the 25/32 in to 27/32 in range. It is not for users who require a fixed-size reamer for higher rigidity. It is also not for buyers who need a set covering many different diameters.

High speed steel construction for durability

The high speed steel blade provides wear resistance and retains hardness when reaming steel or cast iron. The adjustable mechanism lets you set the exact size within the stated range without swapping tools. No extra accessories or software are included with this item.

Questions about this item

What size T-handle or wrench fits the 25/32-27/32 in adjustment range?

Use a T-handle or wrench that matches the 7 3/8 in overall length for proper leverage on the adjustable blade.

Will this high speed steel reamer cut hardened tool steel from my older tooling?

High speed steel works on mild and medium carbon steels; avoid hardened tool steel to prevent premature blade wear.

How do I verify the reamer is cutting to the correct fractional size after setup?

Measure the finished hole with a calibrated gauge; it should fall within the 25/32 in to 27/32 in fractional range.
