Westward Magnetic Pickup 16 lb Pull

The Westward Magnetic Pickup is a canister-style retrieval tool built for mechanics, technicians and hobbyists who need to recover ferrous metal parts from confined or hard-to-reach spaces. Its stainless steel body resists corrosion while the plastic housing keeps the unit light enough for extended one-handed use.

Upgrade from basic magnet wands

This pickup replaces flexible magnet wands or loose magnets that offer no mechanical release. The integrated release handle lets the operator drop collected hardware instantly without shaking or prying, saving time when clearing metal shavings, dropped fasteners or steel shot from engine bays, drain pans or assembly fixtures.

Sustained retrieval with one-hand release

Under continuous shop use the 16 lb pull force holds heavy nuts, bolts and tools securely while the operator manoeuvres around obstacles. The release handle maintains reliable operation through repeated cycles, allowing the user to gather multiple items in a single pass and empty the tool without setting it down or switching grips.
