What it is

The Wet Sounds Stealth AS-10 is a 10-inch active subwoofer enclosure with a built-in 500 watt Class D amplifier. It is designed for vehicle owners who want a self-contained bass upgrade without sourcing a separate amp or wiring a complex system.

Thermals noise and power

The sealed Class D amplifier is protected against moisture and dirt, helping it run reliably in harsh environments. Class D topology keeps current draw efficient while the rugged polyethylene housing handles vibration and temperature swings inside the cabin.

The spec that decides fit

The enclosure requires a 500 watt amplifier built into the box, so buyers who need a passive subwoofer to pair with an external amp or who want a different power rating should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How is the Stealth AS-10 installed, and what step do people often miss?

Connect power, ground and signal leads; plug the remote turn-on wire into the sound bar's remote output or rely on the sub's auto-sensing feature for older bars.

What maintenance or replacement will the Stealth AS-10 need later?

The sealed Class D amp and moulded polyethylene enclosure require no routine service; only the 10-inch driver would need replacement if it fails.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the Stealth AS-10?

The built-in 500-watt amplifier sets the continuous output ceiling before the enclosure or driver reaches its thermal limit.
