Straight Section Wireway for Cable Management

This Wiegmann straight section wireway provides a protected pathway for routing electrical conductors in indoor environments. The 60 in length suits linear runs across walls or ceilings where cables need containment. Powder coated gray steel resists corrosion in dry locations.

4 x 4 in Cross Section with Knockouts

The 4 in by 4 in interior accommodates multiple cable bundles while the integrated knockouts allow branch connections without separate fittings. Hinged cover with screw locking keeps conductors secure yet accessible for maintenance. Sixteen gauge steel provides mechanical protection per the listed standards.

NEMA 1 Rating Limits Use to Indoor Dry Areas

CSA certified and UL listed construction meets code requirements for general purpose indoor wiring. This wireway is not rated for wet, damp or hazardous locations so outdoor or wash down installations require a different enclosure. Verify the NEMA rating matches your application before specifying.

Questions about this item

Will the 60 in straight section fit alongside the 16 ga conduit I already have installed?

The 60 in length and 4 x 4 in cross-section match standard 16 ga wireway dimensions, so it aligns with existing runs of the same gauge.

How can I verify the hinged cover and screw lock are seated correctly after mounting?

Close the hinged cover until the screw lock engages fully; the cover should sit flush with the body and the screw should turn without resistance.

Does the box include mounting brackets or do I need to buy them separately?

The straight section ships as a single piece with knockouts, hinged cover and screw lock; mounting brackets are not included and must be purchased separately.
