Ergonomic Stand for 12-15.6 Inch Laptops

The wihitop cooling pad functions as an adjustable stand with four height settings ranging from 2.3 to 5.1 inches and tilt angles between 9 and 28 degrees. A detachable non-slip baffle keeps the laptop secure at steeper angles. It supports most laptops from 12 to 15.6 inches including Dell, MacBook Pro, Alienware, ThinkPad, Lenovo, HP and ASUS models. The flat profile and 1.65 pound weight make it easy to carry in a backpack or briefcase.

Dual 5.1 Inch Fans With Adjustable Speed

Two 12.8 cm fans operate between 800 and 2000 RPM with a noise level of 5 to 15 dB. Blue LED lighting on the fans emits 10 LM brightness. The unit draws 0.22 A at 5 V from the laptop USB port via a 60 cm cable. Builders needing quieter operation or higher airflow than this range provides should consider larger external cooling solutions.

Dual USB Pass-Through Ports

The cooler includes two USB ports; one connects to the laptop for power and data while the second provides a pass-through for peripherals such as a mouse or keyboard. No extra software or drivers are required for the plug-and-play functionality. Users who need powered hubs with higher current output or additional ports will not find that capability here.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the height and stop the laptop from sliding?

Extend the four adjustable legs to any height between 2.3 and 5.1 inches for a 9 to 28 degree angle, then snap the detachable non-slip baffle onto the front edge to keep the laptop in place.

Will the fans or LEDs need replacing later?

The two 12.8 cm fans run at 5 to 15 dB with blue LEDs rated at 10 LM; no user-replaceable parts are mentioned, so treat the unit as maintenance-free.

At what point does fan speed stop increasing under heavy load?

The speed control tops out at 2000 RPM, so that is the maximum airflow the dual fans can deliver regardless of how hot the laptop gets.
