Clear PEVA Shower Curtain Liner

This 72 x 72 inch clear liner is made from PEVA material that contains no PVC, is non-toxic and odorless. It functions as a standalone shower curtain or as a protective liner for a decorative fabric curtain. Three magnetic weights at the bottom keep the liner in place against a cast iron tub. Twelve rust-proof metal grommets along the reinforced top header prevent tearing during daily use.

Buyers wanting a lightweight liner

The thin 4-gauge construction keeps the curtain light and easy to handle. It suits standard showers and bathtubs in homes, campers, hotels and dormitories. Shoppers who need a heavier, more opaque curtain for privacy or insulation should look at thicker gauges. Anyone requiring a liner without magnetic weights will not benefit from the bottom magnets.

Daily humidity and repeated opening and closing

The PEVA material resists moisture without degrading. Metal grommets are designed not to rust after prolonged exposure to water and steam. The reinforced header distributes tension across all twelve grommets to reduce tearing risk over time. Magnets maintain their grip on cast iron surfaces through regular shower cycles.

Questions about this item

What type of shower rod or hooks are needed to hang this 72-inch wide curtain?

The curtain has 12 standard-size metal grommets along the reinforced top edge, so it fits any standard shower rod and works with most common hooks or rings.

Will the three magnetic weights hold the liner against a cast-iron tub that already has a fabric curtain?

Yes, the three large bottom magnets are designed to cling to cast-iron bathtubs and keep the clear PEVA liner from billowing, even when a decorative fabric curtain hangs outside it.

How can I confirm the liner is staying in place and not leaking after I install it?

After hanging, run the shower and check that the magnetic weights keep the bottom edge sealed against the tub and that no water escapes past the 72-inch width.
