Universal 22-inch antenna mount

The Winegard DS2000A is a 22-inch universal antenna mount designed for off-air TV antennas. It also supports satellite TV dishes, internet antennas, outdoor WiFi extenders and weather stations. The grey mount installs on the side of a building, on a roof or on a pole. It suits installers who want a quick-to-fit, economical mounting solution.

Weather-resistant e-coated finish

The mount features an e-coated finish that provides maximum weather protection for outdoor exposure. This coating resists corrosion when the bracket is fixed to a building side, roof or pole. No power draw, fan noise or thermal output is generated by the passive steel structure. The hardware remains silent and maintenance-free in normal use.

Two 2-inch U-bolts included

The package includes two 2-inch U-bolts that enable different pole installations. These bolts are not required when mounting the bracket in an attic or directly to a flat surface. No additional software, cables or alignment tools are bundled with the mount. Installers supply their own lag bolts or screws for wall and roof attachment.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 22-inch universal antenna mount on a pole, and which step is often missed?

Attach the two 2-inch U-bolts around the pole and tighten them evenly; the step often missed is skipping the U-bolts entirely when mounting on a pole, as they are not needed for attic installs.

What maintenance will the e-coated finish need after years outdoors?

The e-coating provides maximum weather protection; inspect annually for scratches or chips and touch up any exposed metal to prevent corrosion.

What is the first limit I will hit if I load a heavy antenna on the 22-inch arm?

The 22-inch lever arm amplifies wind load; excessive antenna weight or surface area will bend the mast or loosen the U-bolts before the e-coating fails.
