The 30 metre, 22 AWG cable carries five colour-coded conductors for RGBW LED strips such as 3528, 5050, 3014 and 2535 types. It is built from 17-strand tinned copper with a PVC jacket rated from minus 30 to 80 degrees Celsius. Ten matching connectors are included for quick splicing. The wire suits 12 V and 24 V DC lighting runs as well as other low-voltage projects under 200 W.

22 AWG capacity with 300 V insulation headroom

At 22 AWG the conductors handle typical LED strip currents with low resistance thanks to 99.99 per cent copper purity. The PVC sheath is rated to 300 V, giving ample insulation margin for 5 V, 12 V and 24 V systems. Continuous loads should stay below 200 W to keep temperature within the 80 degree limit. Beyond that power level or above 24 V the wire is not recommended.

Replaces loose multi-colour hook-up wire

Installers who currently cut separate solid-core leads and hand-crimp each joint gain a single pre-striped, colour-coded reel with ready-to-use connectors. The upgrade is worth it when wiring runs exceed a few metres or when repeated rework would fatigue thinner insulation. Builders needing more than five conductors or voltages above 300 V should look elsewhere.
