Frost Clear silicone material

The Frost Clear finish keeps key legends visible while preserving backlight brightness. Silicone construction resists liquid ingress and particle buildup over time. No adhesive is required for installation or removal. Buyers needing an opaque or coloured cover will not find it here.

No bundled software or extras

The package contains only the keyboard protector itself. No cleaning kit, installation tool or software licence is included. Users must provide their own cleaning supplies if desired. The product does not alter any system settings or firmware.

Questions about this item

Will the frost-clear silicone still let the keyboard backlight shine through on my MacBook Pro 16 A2141?

Yes, the breathable silicone has high light transmittance so the backlight remains clearly visible while typing.

Does this protector cover the Touch Bar on the 16-inch MacBook Pro A2141 as well as the main keys?

The cover is moulded for the full keyboard deck including the Touch Bar on the 16-inch model A2141 and the 13-inch model A2289.

How does the protector stay in place on the MacBook Pro 13 A2289 without adhesive?

It relies on a precision silicone fit that grips the key contours, so no glue or clips are required for either the 13-inch or 16-inch models.
