Protective TPU sleeve for compact devices

This soft TPU sleeve wraps small electronics in a high-permeability, non-yellowing shell that resists scratches, dust and everyday drops. The skin-friendly material stays supple over time and can be washed without fading, keeping the protected item looking new.

Thermals and quiet operation

The thin TPU layer adds negligible thermal insulation, so the enclosed device dissipates heat exactly as it would without a cover. No fans or moving parts are introduced, meaning the sleeve adds zero audible noise and draws no power of its own.

Build integration and clearance

Measuring approximately 2.75 by 2.75 by 1.18 inches, the sleeve slips over compatible headphones or similarly sized gear without blocking ports or buttons. It is not suited for larger headsets, bulky cases or devices that require rigid structural support.

Questions about this item

How do I install the soft sleeve on my headphones and what step is commonly missed?

Stretch the TPU sleeve over the headphone body, aligning the moulded cut-outs, then press firmly around the edges to seat the frame; the step often missed is fully seating the lip into the case-shell groove so the cover does not shift.

What maintenance will this TPU sleeve need over time?

Remove the sleeve periodically and wash with mild soap and water, then air-dry; the material resists yellowing and fading, so no replacement is required unless physical damage occurs.

At what point does the 1.18 in thickness limit protection during sustained drops?

The 1.18 in TPU wall absorbs typical knocks, but repeated high-impact drops can exceed its shock-absorbing capacity, transferring force to the headphones.
