Black PBT Pudding Keycaps

This 130-key set is made for mechanical keyboards that use MX-stem switches such as Cherry, Gateron, Kailh or Otemu. The double-shot PBT legends resist shine and wear while the translucent lower layer lets RGB backlighting shine through for a brighter, more even glow.

OEM Profile And Layout Coverage

The OEM profile provides a familiar sculpted feel across R1 to R4 rows and the kit includes enough caps for 60, 65, 75 and 100 percent ANSI or ISO layouts. A key puller is bundled so you can swap sets without extra tools.

MX-Stem Compatibility Requirement

These caps only fit switches with a standard MX cross stem; they will not mount on low-profile, optical or proprietary stems. Buyers whose boards use non-MX switches need a different keycap set.

Questions about this item

Will the legends on these 130 double-shot PBT keycaps wear off or need replacing over time?

The double-shot moulding fuses two plastic layers so legends never fade, and the PBT material resists shine and abrasion even after years of daily typing.

What is the first limitation you hit when typing continuously on this 130-key OEM-profile set?

The only practical limit is keycap compatibility — the set fits MX-stem switches and ANSI/ISO layouts, so non-standard bottom rows or low-profile switches will leave gaps.

Do these pudding keycaps change the sound or heat of the keyboard during all-day use?

PBT keycaps run cool and add a slightly deeper thock compared with thin ABS, but they do not generate heat or alter switch acoustics beyond that subtle tonal shift.
