Adjustable Head Strap for Meta Quest 3 and 3S

This replacement strap fits Meta Quest 3 and 3S headsets and is designed for players who want a more secure fit without adding a battery pack. The one-click telescopic switch and rear three-level button let you match different head circumferences quickly, while the rotating gear provides finer adjustment for both adults and children.

Soft Fabric Pad with Slow-Rebound Cushioning

The support pad uses a soft fabric cover over slow-rebound cotton to spread pressure across a larger contact area. This construction reduces facial stress during extended sessions and improves stability and breathability compared with the stock strap, making long gaming or movie sessions more comfortable.

Tool-Free Installation with Flip-Up Rear

The strap attaches directly to the headset without tools, and the rear section flips upward for quick removal or adjustment. Users should ensure the telescopic arms click firmly into place; a loose click can cause the headset to shift during active movement.

Questions about this item

How often should I check the fabric pad and slow-rebound cotton cushioning for wear?

Inspect the fabric pad and internal slow-rebound cotton cushioning every few months for flattening, tears or loss of elasticity; replace the strap if the cushioning no longer springs back or the fabric shows fraying.

What is the first comfort limit I will hit during a long session?

The one-click telescopic switch and rear 3-level button lock the fit in place, so the first limit is usually the fixed 20 strap length — if your head circumference falls outside that range the strap cannot expand further.

Does the strap trap heat or add noticeable weight after hours of play?

The open-design fabric pad and breathable slow-rebound cotton promote airflow and add minimal mass, so heat build-up and neck fatigue stay low even during extended sessions.
