Two-metre USB-C cables with 90-degree plugs

This two-pack supplies 2 m USB-C to USB-C cables rated for 60 W power delivery and 480 Mbps data transfer. Each cable uses a right-angle connector that keeps the plug close to the device, reducing strain on the port during daily charging and syncing.

Braided nylon jacket and dual right-angle ends

The nylon braid resists tangling and is tested to survive more than 30000 bend cycles. Both ends feature a 90-degree “L” shape so the cable runs parallel to the side of a laptop, tablet or phone, protecting the port from accidental knocks while the device rests on a desk.

Replaces straight USB-C cables that fray at the bend

Users who regularly charge while using their device will benefit from the angled design that eliminates the sharp cable kink responsible for most connector failures. The upgrade is worthwhile whenever a straight cable has previously split near the plug or when desk space forces the cable to bend sharply behind the device.

Questions about this item

Does the 90-degree USB-C cable support the full 60 W 20 V 3 A power delivery spec?

Yes, the cable is rated for up to 60 W at 20 V 3 A and supports PD 3.0, QC 3.0 and QC 4.0 fast-charging profiles.

How much clearance does the right-angle plug need behind a laptop or tablet?

The L-shaped connector extends about 90 degrees from the port, so only a few millimetres of rear clearance are required to avoid bending the cable.

What is the correct way to seat the dual-ended USB-C plugs so data runs at 480 Mbps?

Push each metal USB-C plug straight in until it clicks; forcing it at an angle can leave the data pins partially disconnected and drop the link to a lower speed.
