Professional HDMI to SDI Converter

The WRIARICH HDMI2SDI converts a single HDMI source into two simultaneous SDI outputs for broadcast and production workflows. It accepts common HDMI resolutions up to 1080P at 60 Hz and re-clocks the signal for 3G-SDI or HD-SDI distribution. This unit suits camera operators, live-stream technicians and installers who need reliable format conversion without a computer.

Dual 3G-SDI Output with Auto Detection

The converter provides two SDI ports that automatically identify whether the incoming HDMI signal requires HD-SDI at 720P or 3G-SDI at 1080P. Embedded audio travels with the video in perfect sync and the path supports a 2.970 Gbit/s bit rate for lossless quality. HDCP 1.3 and HDMI 1.3 compatibility ensure broad source support.

Passive Cooling and Compact Power

No fan is present so operation stays silent in quiet studios or on-set environments. The included power adapter drives the circuitry without an external brick and built-in ESD protection guards against static damage. At 5.83 by 4.49 by 2.44 inches and 7.8 ounces the converter fits easily into a rack drawer or camera bag.

Questions about this item

What does the 2.97 Gbit/s bit rate mean when the converter is connected to a camera and monitor?

It carries a 1080P 3G-SDI signal at up to 60 Hz without compression, so the SDI monitor receives the full HDMI source quality.

Which SDI standard does the dual output use, and what resolution does it cap at?

The converter auto-detects HD-SDI or 3G-SDI and outputs 720P at 50/60 Hz or 1080P at 50/60 Hz, matching the HDMI input format.

How much rack or desk space does the 5.83 x 4.49 x 2.44 inch unit need, and how is it powered?

It fits in a small footprint and draws power from the included adapter, so no separate supply or mounting hardware is required.
