Compact EDC flashlight with RGB

The WUBEN X4 is a rechargeable everyday-carry flashlight weighing 137 grams and measuring 1.5 by 1 by 3.8 inches. It combines a main white LED with a side light that offers warm white and RGB output. A magnetic tail and extended clip allow hands-free attachment to metal surfaces, hats or belts. The sealed aluminium body houses a non-removable lithium-polymer battery.

Sustained output and runtime

The main light delivers up to 1500 lumens with a 205-metre beam distance, while the side light provides 1 to 100 lumens of warm light plus RGB colours. Stepless dimming via the rotary switch lets you match output to the task rather than running at maximum continuously. The manufacturer rates total runtime at up to 285 hours on lower settings, so the light remains useful through extended shifts or overnight trips without recharging.

Thermals, noise and power draw

The sealed housing has no moving parts, so operation is completely silent. The aluminium body acts as a passive heatsink, dispersing heat during prolonged high-output use without fan noise. Charging occurs through a USB-C port that is exposed in moonlight mode yet remains water resistant. The internal battery cannot be removed, eliminating contact resistance and simplifying power management.

Questions about this item

Does the 1500-lumen main light generate noticeable heat or drain the battery quickly during extended use?

The built-in lithium-polymer battery delivers up to 285 hours of runtime, and the sealed aluminium body dissipates heat while maintaining water resistance during long sessions.

What charging equipment do I need to keep the X4 running?

A USB-C cable is required; the port is exposed in moonlight mode and remains water-resistant while charging the internal non-removable battery.

Can the magnetic tail and clip attach securely to my existing steel tool belt or hard hat?

Yes, the magnetic tail fin holds firmly to any ferrous surface and the extended clip fits belts, hat brims or backpack straps up to 3.8 cm wide.
