Two-Pack Power Adapter Kit

This two-pack provides replacement power adapters and 13.1ft cables for Ring Stick Up Cam Battery 3rd Gen, 2nd Gen and Spotlight Cam Battery. Each set includes a wall adapter, a long power cord and a DC 3.5mm to Type-C connection cord. The kit suits households that need to power two compatible cameras from indoor outlets.

Simple Indoor-to-Outdoor Routing

Installation consists of plugging the adapter into a 100-240V 50-60Hz socket and running the 13.1ft cable through a window or door frame to the camera. The DC 3.5mm connector mates with the camera port while the Type-C end attaches to the adapter cord. A common issue is expecting a charging LED; the adapter has no indicator, so verify progress via the app after about an hour.

Weatherproof Continuous Operation

The PVC-jacketed cord is rated for outdoor exposure, allowing the cameras to charge and operate during rain. Output is regulated at 5V 2A with built-in protection against over-temperature, overload, over-charging, over-voltage and short circuits. This design supports sustained 24-hour operation without the thermal throttling that can affect lesser cords.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the CT-1250 adapter is charging my Stick Up Cam Battery 3rd Gen after setup?

Open the Ring app and watch the battery level; it should rise noticeably within the first hour even though the adapter itself has no charging indicator light.

What exactly comes in the 2-pack box and what must I supply myself?

The box includes two wall power adapters, two 13.1 ft power cables and two DC 3.5mm to Type-C connection cords; you must provide the compatible Ring camera and its battery.

Which CT-1250 version should I choose for a Spotlight Cam Pro versus a Stick Up Cam Battery 2nd Gen?

Use the included DC 3.5mm to Type-C cord for the Spotlight Cam Pro and the direct DC 3.5mm plug for the Stick Up Cam Battery 2nd Gen; both connectors are in each set.
