DeltaDrive Recliner Motor Actuator Kit

The DeltaDrive motor actuator kit replaces the drive unit in compatible electric recliners and lift chairs. It operates at a low 24 volt supply drawing 2.2 amps for quiet and safe movement. The kit includes a 13.1 ft AC power cord and an 11.5 ft motor cable. Buyers must verify the label on their existing motor before ordering to ensure compatibility.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The 24 volt 2.2 amp design keeps power consumption low and reduces heat buildup during normal operation. Low voltage contributes to quieter performance compared to higher voltage alternatives. The motor provides an 8.27 inch stroke and requires a minimum installation space of 15.31 inches. Batteries are not included with the transformer kit.

Questions about this item

How do I install the DeltaDrive motor actuator kit, and what step is often missed?

Measure the available space to confirm the 15.31 inch minimum install size, then connect the 11.5 ft motor cable and 13.1 ft AC power cord to the 5 pin hand control, ensuring the 24 volt 2.2A supply is securely seated before testing the 8.27 inch stroke.

What maintenance or replacement will the DeltaDrive motor actuator kit need later?

The 24 volt 2.2A motor and 5 pin hand control are sealed units; if the 8.27 inch stroke weakens or the 11.5 ft motor cable shows wear, replace the entire actuator kit rather than individual parts.
