Ten-pack of Gigabit PoE++ surge protectors rated 154 W with gas discharge tubes, 20 kA clamping and mounting flanges
This ten-pack of WUQ Ethernet surge protectors shields gigabit network equipment from transient voltage on data and power lines. Each unit handles PoE++ power delivery up to 154 W at 48 V using gas discharge tubes for bidirectional clamping. The metal-shielded RJ45 housing includes a 12 AWG ground wire and a mounting flange for secure installation. It is suited for installers protecting multiple cameras, switches or routers in a single deployment.
The suppressors meet IEC 61000-4-5 with a 20 kA 8/20 µs rating, providing line-to-line and line-to-ground protection for differential pairs. They support IEEE 802.3 af/at/bt transmission voltages of 15 V, 24 V, 30 V, 48 V, 50 V and 56 V in both Mode A and Mode B. Maximum sustained PoE current is 1.6 A over two pairs or 3.2 A over four pairs. Networks requiring higher surge current withstand or different waveform ratings fall outside this specification.
The single specification that decides suitability is the 154 W maximum PoE++ power rating at 48 V. Devices drawing more than 3.2 A across four pairs or operating above 56 V transmission voltage cannot be protected by these units. Buyers whose endpoints exceed this power ceiling must select a suppressor with a higher wattage rating.

The pack contains ten identical surge protectors, each with a mounting flange and 12AWG ground wire, so you can protect up to ten PoE++ endpoints such as cameras, access points or switches in one deployment.
At 48 V the protector passes up to 3.2 A across four pairs, delivering the full 154 W budget defined by IEEE 802.3 bt, so even high-draw pan-tilt-zoom cameras or multi-radio APs receive their rated power without tripping the suppressor.
The GDT clamps line-to-line and line-to-ground transients at 20 kA 8/20 µs, meeting IEC 61000-4-5 while maintaining Gigabit throughput on CAT5 or CAT6 cabling.
