Wusthof 1090270701 Classic White 15-piece cutlery block set

Classic White 15-piece set

The Wusthof Classic White 15-piece cutlery block set supplies a core collection of forged knives for daily kitchen work. It is built for home cooks who want a complete, ready-to-use arrangement covering essential prep tasks. The set arrives new and includes a dedicated storage block.

15 slots with core blades

Fifteen slots hold a 3-1/2 inch paring knife, a 6 inch utility knife, an 8 inch bread knife, an 8 inch chef's knife, a 9 inch sharpening steel and come-apart kitchen shears. This lineup covers peeling, slicing, carving and maintenance, while the extra slots allow future expansion. Gaps appear only if specialised blades such as boning or filleting knives are required.

Forged high-carbon steel and POM handles

Each knife is forged from a single piece of specially tempered high-carbon stainless steel for strength and lasting sharpness. Handles use Polyoxymethylene (POM), a dense synthetic with a tight molecular structure that resists fading and discoloration. The 15-slot acacia block keeps blades protected and organised on the counter.
