Wusthof 1120260201 Classic White Two Piece Carving Set, Hollow Edge

Wusthof Classic White Carving Set

This two-piece set includes an 8-inch carving knife and a 6-inch carving fork designed for slicing roasts, turkey and ham. The knives are forged in Solingen, Germany from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel for strength and lasting sharpness.

Forged high-carbon steel with hollow edge

Each blade is forged from one piece of specially tempered high-carbon steel to ensure outstanding strength. The hollow edge on the carving knife creates air pockets that prevent slices from sticking, while the fork tines hold meat steady for clean, even cuts.

Replaces separate knife and fork purchases

This matched set removes the need to buy a carving knife and fork individually, ensuring balanced handling and consistent steel quality. The jump is worth it for cooks who regularly serve large roasts and want a dedicated, professional-grade pairing.
