Xeno Energy

Xeno Energy XL-050F 3.6V 1/2 AA 1.2Ah Lithium Battery with Molex Connector

SKU CH-W9TH-Y54MW

A 3.6V 1/2 AA lithium cell with a Molex connector delivers 1.2Ah capacity, 10+ year shelf life and stable voltage from -55°C to +85°C

  • Battery type1/2 AA Lithium
  • 6 V high operating voltage stays stable through most of the battery life
  • 2 Ah capacity among the highest nominal ratings available today
  • Molex connector termination enables direct plug-in without soldering
  • Shelf life exceeds 10 years with under 1 % annual self-discharge at 20 °C
  • Operates reliably from -55 °C to +85 °C in humid conditions

Purpose & fit

The Xeno XL-050F is a 3.6 V 1/2 AA lithium primary cell rated at 1.2 Ah. It targets industrial equipment that demands a stable high voltage and very low self-discharge over many years. The Molex termination allows direct wiring into legacy sensor nodes, utility meters or security panels without soldering.

Sustained behaviour

The cell delivers a maximum continuous current of 30 mA and can supply 60 mA pulses. Voltage remains stable across most of the operating life from -55 °C to +85 °C. Shelf life exceeds 10 years with less than 1 % capacity loss per year at 20 °C. The inorganic electrolyte is non-flammable and non-pressurised at ambient temperature.

Install & pitfalls

The 14.5 mm diameter and 25.2 mm height match standard 1/2 AA compartments, and the Molex connector plugs straight into existing headers. Polarity must be observed; the battery is not rechargeable and any charging attempt will damage the cell. Store in a clean area to avoid corrosion of the corrosive electrolyte.
