Professional Power Cells

Xeno Energy XL-055F batteries deliver 3.6 Volt output and 1.65 Ah capacity in a 2/3 AA form factor. The 12-pack suits engineers and technicians who need dependable primary power for industrial sensors, utility meters, or remote telemetry units. Axial leads allow direct PCB mounting without holders.

Thermal Stability And Draw

Operating range spans -55°C to +85°C with a low self-discharge rate below 1% per year at +20°C. Recommended continuous current is 60mA maximum while pulse capability reaches 150 mA. Non-flammable inorganic electrolyte and low magnetic signature support stable performance in harsh or humid environments.

Replaces Legacy Cylindrical Types

These cells substitute for ER14335, SL-361, SL-761 and TL-21 references where 3.6 Volt lithium chemistry is specified. The jump is worth it when designs demand 10+ years shelf life, minimal capacity loss during storage, and consistent voltage across the discharge curve. Not for rechargeable applications or series strings mixing different models.

Questions about this item

How do I solder the axial leads without damaging the XL-055F?

Apply heat for only a few seconds per joint; prolonged soldering can harm the internal electrolyte and void performance.

What storage conditions maximise the 10-year shelf life?

Keep the pack in a clean, dry, ventilated area below 30 °C; self-discharge stays under 1% per year at 20 °C.

What continuous current can I draw before voltage sags on this 1.65 Ah cell?

The recommended maximum is 60 mA continuous; pulse loads up to 150 mA are supported for short bursts.
