Three-pack lithium AA cells

This pack contains three Xeno XL-060F AA batteries, each delivering 3.6 V and 2.4 Ah from a non-rechargeable lithium chemistry. They are built for devices that need a single-cell primary supply with a very long shelf life. Solder tabs on both ends allow direct board mounting without a holder. The cells weigh 17.1 g each and are rated for an operating range of -55 °C to +85 °C.

Capacity and continuous limits

At 2.4 Ah the cells suit low-drain applications such as utility metering, data loggers, memory backup and remote sensors where current stays near the 60 mA continuous rating. Pulse loads up to 120 mA are supported for brief intervals. Self-discharge is below 1 % per year at 20 °C, so the pack remains viable after a decade in storage. Sustained draws above the continuous figure will deplete capacity rapidly and are not recommended.

Replaces common 3.6 V AA lithium types

The XL-060F is a direct cross-reference for Tadiran TL-2100, TL-4903, TL-5104, TL-5903, Saft LS-14500 and SL-760, Toshiba ER6V and ER6LV, and Maxell E cells. It is not a drop-in for 1.5 V alkaline or rechargeable AA formats, so equipment designed for those voltages will not operate correctly. The jump is worthwhile only when the host circuit specifies a 3.6 V primary lithium cell with tab terminations.
