Compatible Paper Tray

The Xerox 097N02441 is a 550-sheet paper tray designed for the VersaLink C620 and C625 printers. It adds a dedicated input source for standard paper sizes, supporting offices that need extra capacity without changing the printer footprint.

Extra Media Capacity

The tray supplies an additional 550 sheets so large print jobs run longer without operator intervention. It allows a second paper type to be loaded and selected from the printer control panel, reducing manual swaps during mixed-output days.

Volume Headroom

A single tray holds 550 sheets, giving a combined input that suits typical departmental workloads. When print volumes exceed the total installed capacity, the printer pauses for a reload, so very high-throughput environments may still need further expansion.

Questions about this item

Will the 550-sheet tray need any periodic cleaning or roller replacement?

The tray itself has no moving rollers; only the printer's internal feed rollers contact the paper, so maintenance follows the printer's own schedule.

What capacity limit is reached first during a long print run using this tray?

The 550-sheet paper capacity is the first limit; once those sheets are exhausted the printer pauses for a refill.

Does the tray add any fan noise, heat or power draw when the printer runs all day?

The tray is a passive accessory with no motor or electronics, so it adds no noise, heat or power consumption.
