Questions about this item

How do I install the staple cartridge refill in the finisher of a WorkCentre 6655, and which step do people often miss?

Open the finisher front door, pull out the empty staple cartridge by its handle, insert the new 108R00823 cartridge until it clicks, then close the door; the step often missed is forgetting to push the cartridge fully home until the latch engages.

What maintenance or replacement will the staple cartridge refill need after the 3000 staples are used?

Once the 3000 staples are exhausted, the entire staple cartridge refill must be replaced with a new 108R00823 unit; there are no user-serviceable parts inside the cartridge.

What limit appears first during sustained high-volume stapling on a Phaser 3635MFP using this cartridge?

The 3000-staple capacity is the first limit reached; after that the finisher stops stapling until a fresh 108R00823 cartridge is installed.
