Imaging unit purpose and yield

This genuine Xerox imaging unit handles the photoconductive process for black output on compatible printers. It is rated for approximately 60,000 pages before replacement is required. The unit is sold individually and weighs 10.4 units.

Compatibility and excluded buyers

The part fits Xerox Phaser 6600 and WorkCentre 6605 printers as listed in the specifications. Buyers who need colour imaging units for cyan, magenta or yellow should look elsewhere, as this item provides black only. Owners of any other printer model cannot use this unit.

Deciding specification: rated page yield

The 60,000-page yield is the single figure that determines whether this unit matches the expected maintenance interval. If the printer’s usage pattern demands a significantly different lifespan, a different supply item will be required.
