Genuine Xerox transfer roller for C8000 and C9000

This original Xerox 116R00015 transfer roller is a printing supply designed for the VersaLink C8000 and C9000 devices. It replaces the worn roller that moves toner from the cartridge onto the paper path. The part is supplied new and carries the manufacturer model number 116R00015.

Offices keeping a VersaLink C8000 or C9000 running

IT teams maintaining a compatible VersaLink printer will have the correct replacement on hand. Shops that operate different printer models or that need toner cartridges instead of a transfer roller must select the appropriate supply for their hardware.

Simple user-replaceable maintenance item

The roller installs without tools by opening the printer access door and sliding the old unit out before inserting the new one. Problems usually occur when the printer is not powered off first or when the replacement is not seated fully, causing print quality defects.

Questions about this item

Which printer models must I already own for the XEROX 116R00015 transfer roller to fit?

The 116R00015 transfer roller is built for the C8000 and C9000 VersaLink printers, so one of those devices must be in place before installation.

Will the 116R00015 transfer roller work if I keep an older C8000 or C9000 unit that has already seen heavy use?

Yes, the roller is a direct replacement for the original part in both the C8000 and C9000, so it restores proper transfer function regardless of the printer’s age.

How can I confirm the 116R00015 transfer roller is working correctly after I install it?

Print a test page on the C8000 or C9000; even toner transfer, no ghosting and clean output indicate the roller is seated and functioning as intended.
