Questions about this item

When does the waste toner bottle 8R12896 need to be replaced on a WorkCentre 5745?

The bottle must be replaced once it reaches its fill limit; the WorkCentre 5745 will display a warning message when the container is full and printing will pause until it is swapped.

What stops the WorkCentre 5755 from printing continuously when the bottle is full?

The printer halts output as soon as the waste toner bottle 8R12896 hits capacity, preventing toner spill and protecting the imaging system.

Does the 8R12896 bottle add any fan noise or heat during all-day operation on a WorkCentre 5845?

The bottle is a passive container with no moving parts or electronics, so it generates no additional noise, heat or power draw while the WorkCentre 5845 runs.
