Compatible Printer Range

This genuine Xerox black toner cartridge supports the AltaLink C8130 and the 35, 45, 55 and 70 models. It is designed for offices that rely on consistent monochrome output across these devices.

Replacing Worn Supplies

The cartridge replaces an empty or low-yield unit when print quality fades or the printer signals replacement. The jump is worth it when the 36000 page yield matches your monthly volume and reduces change frequency.

Sustained Print Performance

Under continuous workloads the toner maintains even density without streaking or fading. The formulation is engineered for long runs rather than short bursts, keeping output stable across the full rated life.

Questions about this item

What are the 13.5 x 10.0 x 8.0 inch package dimensions so I can confirm it fits my AltaLink C8130, 35, 45, 55 or 70 supply shelf?

The cartridge ships in a box measuring 13.5 inches long, 10.0 inches wide and 8.0 inches high; that envelope matches the supply bay on every AltaLink model listed, so it will slide in without clearance issues.

Which step do installers most often skip when fitting this black toner into an AltaLink C8130, 35, 45, 55 or 70?

After removing the orange protective cover, you must rock the cartridge gently side-to-side to distribute the toner evenly; skipping that step causes streaky first prints on these machines.

When will the AltaLink C8130, 35, 45, 55 or 70 prompt me to replace this 36000-yield black cartridge?

The printer tracks pages internally and will display a "Replace Black Toner" alert once the counter approaches 36,000 pages; actual life varies with coverage, but that is the rated threshold.
