Xerox VersaLink C620 color printer 52 ppm

The Xerox VersaLink C620 is a colour printer rated for up to 52 pages per minute with automatic duplex output. It is TAA compliant and sold as a new accessory within the 3D printers accessories category. The unit suits offices and makerspaces that need fast, double-sided colour documents alongside additive manufacturing equipment.

Practical limits of the printer interface

Throughput tops out at 52 ppm, so jobs larger than the engine can sustain will queue at that rate. Duplex printing halves the effective simplex speed for two-sided work. TAA compliance restricts procurement to approved contract channels. No other interface specifications or technology standards are provided for this accessory.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the C620 for 52 ppm output or a slower model?

The C620 delivers up to 52 pages per minute with automatic duplexing, so select it when you need that speed; a slower model only makes sense if your volume is lower.

What does 52 ppm mean once the C620 is installed in my office?

It means the printer can produce up to 52 single-sided A4 pages each minute under standard test conditions; real-world throughput will be lower with complex graphics, heavy coverage or frequent duplex jobs.
