Cordless Shiatsu Neck Massager

The XIENORTINM FE-4042 is a battery-powered wrap-around massager designed for users who want portable relief from muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, back, and legs. It weighs 1.5 kilograms and measures 9.5 by 6.7 by 6.5 inches, making it easy to use while working or relaxing without being tethered to an outlet.

Quiet Brushless Motor and Battery Life

A 3000mAh battery provides up to 100 minutes of cordless operation after a 3-hour USB charge. The brushless motor runs below 45dB, allowing discreet use in shared spaces or quiet environments. Heat operates between 40°C and 45°C to warm muscles during the session.

Adjustable Strap and Auto Shutoff

An adjustable strap secures the device for hands-free use across different body areas. The unit switches between kneading and tapping modes with three intensity levels and three speed settings. A smart 10-minute auto-shutoff ends each session automatically for safety and energy efficiency.

Questions about this item

How do I install the FE-4042 massager and what step do people often miss?

Wrap the unit around your neck or target area using the adjustable strap, then press the power button to select a mode; the step users miss is ensuring the heating function is activated separately if they want the 40°C-45°C heat during the 10-minute auto-shutoff cycle.

What maintenance or replacement will the FE-4042 need later?

The embedded 3000mAh rechargeable battery will eventually lose capacity after many charge cycles; when run time drops well below the rated 100 minutes per 3-hour USB charge, the whole unit typically needs replacement because the battery is not user-serviceable.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the FE-4042?

The smart 10-minute auto-shutoff engages first, ending every session automatically for safety and energy efficiency regardless of the 3 intensity levels, 3 speed settings, or bi-directional 4D massage head rotation selected.
