Lightweight training gloves for adults

These fingerless gloves use a polyester and acrylic blend with mesh ventilation to keep hands dry during spring and summer workouts. The silica gel palm adds grip for lifting and cycling, while the hook-and-loop strap secures the fit. They weigh 0.03 kilograms and suit a range of indoor and outdoor activities.

Palm padding and breathable back limit heavy-load

The double-stitched gel palm protects against calluses during pull-ups and moderate weightlifting, but the open back and thin material do not insulate against cold or absorb heavy bar pressure. Users needing full wrist support or maximum cushioning for near-maximal lifts will find the coverage insufficient.

Replaces basic cotton or leather gym gloves

The breathable mesh and adjustable strap upgrade comfort and fit over non-adjustable, heat-trapping alternatives. The jump is worth it for mixed cardio and strength sessions where sweat management and quick transitions matter, but not for dedicated powerlifting or cold-weather sport.

Questions about this item

Should I pick Medium or Large for weightlifting?

Medium is sized for women and Large for men; both use the same fingerless design and adjustable hook-and-loop strap for a snug fit.

How does the 0.03 kg weight feel during a session?

At 0.03 kilograms the gloves are barely noticeable, letting you focus on grip without extra bulk on the bar.

What does the hook-and-loop closure actually secure?

The strap wraps around the wrist to lock the glove in place and stop the palm material from shifting during lifts.
