Y31 199-speed 5500mAh ice-cooling outdoor fan

Portable ice-cooling fan

The Y31 is a portable foldable fan with a built-in ice-cooling function that lowers the temperature of the airflow. It runs on a 5500mAh rechargeable battery and offers 199 adjustable speed levels displayed on a digital screen. A brushless motor spins at up to 20000 rpm through six or more blades. The handle folds into a stand and a detachable lanyard allows neck carry.

Upgrades from basic handheld fans

Unlike single-speed or low-capacity handheld fans, this model provides granular speed control and active cooling via ice. The jump is worth it when you need longer runtime away from outlets; the battery delivers two to ten hours depending on the setting. USB-C charging works with power banks, laptops and wall adapters. Note that prolonged ice-cooling use consumes significant power and should be turned off when not needed.

Suits commuters and outdoor workers needing

This fan suits users who want adjustable cooling with a stand for desk use and a lanyard for mobility. It is not for buyers who need high-volume room circulation or continuous all-day ice cooling without recharging. The compact 2-inch height limits air displacement compared to larger desktop or floor models.
