This mortise lockset is built for commercial entrances and offices that require a Grade 1 heavy-duty mechanical lock. The satin chrome finish and Pacific Beach curved lever style suit professional environments. It fits standard door thicknesses from 1 3/4 to 3 3/4 inches with a 2 3/4 inch backset.

Grade 1 fire-rated security

The lock carries a three-hour fire rating and uses a wrought steel case with zinc dichromate for durability. Brass, stainless steel and zinc components resist wear in high-traffic settings. It includes a 1 1/4 x 4 7/8 inch ANSI strike and a six-pin cylinder with two keys.

Keyed different entrance function
