Commercial Passage Lock

The Yale ACCENTRA 8800FL Augusta lever lockset provides a Grade 1 passage function for interior doors that require free egress without locking. Its heavy-duty mortise construction suits wood or hollow-metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings where durability and fire safety are essential. The satin chrome 626 finish resists wear in high-traffic corridors and public areas.

Sustained Duty Operation

Wrought steel case and zinc dichromate internals maintain smooth lever action through constant daily cycles without binding or finish degradation. The three-hour fire rating ensures the assembly retains integrity during prolonged exposure to heat, meeting code requirements for rated openings. Brass, stainless steel and zinc components resist corrosion from cleaning agents and humidity in healthcare or education facilities.

Grade 1 Passage Function

This lockset delivers the highest ANSI/BHMA residential and commercial grade for passage sets, guaranteeing latchbolt retraction by lever from either side at all times. It cannot be locked, so it is not for doors that need privacy, security or keyed access. The 2 3/4 inch backset and 8 by 1 1/4 inch front dimensions suit standard mortise preparations in 1 3/4 to 3 3/4 inch thick doors.
