Yamaha R-N600ASL Silver network receiver

Network stereo receiver

The Yamaha R-N600ASL is a new silver stereo network receiver built for listeners who want authentic Hi-Fi quality from streaming services, high-resolution files and vinyl. Its ToP-ART mechanical structure and pure direct mode preserve signal purity while the ESS SABRE ES9010K2M Ultra DAC delivers superior S/N performance. MusicCast integration provides wireless multi-room streaming from popular services.

Ideal for vinyl and streaming fans

This receiver suits owners of turntables thanks to dedicated phono inputs and buyers who want optical TV audio upgraded to Hi-Fi standards. The front USB terminal handles DSD 11.2 MHz native playback and 384 kHz PCM for high-resolution collections. Buyers who need more than two digital optical or coaxial inputs, or who require HDMI switching for modern AV sources, should look at a different component.

ESS SABRE ES9010K2M DAC

The ESS SABRE ES9010K2M Ultra DAC is the single specification that defines this unit's high-resolution capability, enabling native DSD 11.2 MHz and 384 kHz playback with low distortion. THD in stereo measures 0.07 % and frequency response reaches 10 Hz-100 kHz. If your library relies on even higher sample rates or you need balanced XLR outputs, this DAC specification will not meet those requirements.
