Mono Teams-certified headset

The Yealink WH66-MONO-TEAMS is a single-ear DECT wireless headset certified for Microsoft Teams. It includes a dedicated Teams button for one-touch activation of the platform. The over-the-head design targets professionals who need to stay aware of their surroundings while managing calls on a desktop workstation.

4.0-inch touch base with wireless charging

The 4.0-inch capacitive touch screen (480 x 800) acts as a central control hub for calls and settings. The base connects desk phones, mobile phones and computers simultaneously. It also provides wireless charging for a compatible mobile handset and functions as a full-duplex speakerphone with acoustic echo cancellation.

Check DECT 6.0 compatibility and UC platform support

Verify that your workspace can accommodate the 160m (525 ft) wireless range without interference from other DECT 6.0 devices. Confirm your primary UC platform is supported for native integration beyond the Teams certification. Ensure you have a free USB port or desk phone interface for the base connection.

Questions about this item

How often will the DECT 6.0 wireless headset battery need replacing?

The WH66 Mono headset charges on its base station during the day; battery lifespan varies with usage patterns and charge cycles, so plan for a replacement when talk time noticeably shortens.

What range limit appears first during continuous roaming with the DECT 6.0 headset?

The headset maintains a stable link up to 160 m (525 ft) from the base; walls, metal structures and other DECT devices will reduce the practical distance before the radio itself reaches its maximum.

How warm or loud does the 4.0 inch capacitive touch base station get when it runs all day?

The base station is fanless and silent; it warms slightly while charging the headset and a phone on the wireless pad, but stays comfortable to touch during continuous operation.
