16-piece mesh sidewall kit for 10 ft canopy

This set supplies sixteen mesh sidewalls sized for a 10 ft pop-up canopy frame. The panels create an enclosed barrier that helps food vendors, market traders and event organisers keep insects away from products and customers.

Hook fasteners and straps simplify attachment

Each panel uses hook fasteners on three edges plus hook-and-loop straps to secure the sidewall to the canopy legs. Installers should align the top edge first; misalignment can leave gaps that let flies enter and strain the fasteners in wind.

Mesh density limits airflow versus insect exclusion

The fabric provides 210 holes per square inch, which blocks fruit flies while still allowing air movement. In very hot conditions the reduced airflow may feel stuffy, and the mesh does not stop wind-driven rain or fine dust.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the mesh is blocking fruit flies after installation?

Count the openings — the fabric uses 210 holes per square inch, dense enough to stop fruit flies while still letting air through.

What exactly comes in the box and what must I supply?

You receive 16 mesh sidewalls (4 with dual roll-up service windows, 4 with centre zippers, 8 plain panels), plus hook fasteners and hook-and-loop straps on three edges; you must provide the 10 × 10 ft pop-up canopy frame.

Which configuration suits a food booth that needs both service windows and walk-in access?

This single kit already contains 4 windowed walls for passing food and 4 zippered walls for entry, covering all four sides of a 10 × 10 ft canopy.
