6" Earth Auger Drill Bit for 3/4" Shaft

This 6-inch cast steel auger bit fits hand-held post-hole diggers with a 3/4-inch shaft. It drills holes up to 31.5 inches deep and 6 inches wide in most soil types. The subulate tip and spiral blade penetrate ground quickly to speed planting and fence work. A glossy black finish resists rust and corrosion for long service life.

Suits gardeners and fence installers using

Homeowners planting bulbs, shrubs or vegetables and contractors setting wooden or chain-link posts will find the 6-inch diameter and 31.5-inch depth practical. The bit leaves soil around the hole edge for easy backfill and cleanup. Users whose digger shaft differs from 3/4 inch or who need narrower or wider holes should choose a different bit.

3/4-inch shaft compatibility decides fit

The single specification that determines whether this auger works is the 3/4-inch shaft requirement stated for the powerhead. If the operator’s digger does not accept a 3/4-inch shaft, the bit will not mount and cannot be used. No adapter or alternative mounting method is included or mentioned in the product data.
