10-pack DX5 UV ink dampers for Mimaki

This set contains ten replacement dampers designed for DX5 printheads used in Mimaki JV33, JV5 and CJV150 printers as well as Epson XP600 and TX800 models. They are intended for eco-solvent and UV ink systems in wide-format plotters. The pack suits print shops and service technicians who need a ready supply of spares for scheduled maintenance or unexpected failures.

4x3 mm connectors match the original fluid fittings

Each damper is fitted with a 4x3 mm connector that aligns with the factory tubing on the listed machines, allowing direct installation without adapter parts. The ten-piece quantity lets a workshop replace the full set on a multi-head printer or keep several units in stock for future swaps. Buyers using printheads other than the DX5 series or requiring a different connector size will need a different part.

Questions about this item

How often should I replace the DX5 UV ink dampers in my Mimaki JV33 printer?

Replace the dampers when print quality drops or after a full ink system flush; the 10-piece pack lets you swap all channels at once.

What flow restriction appears first during long UV print runs with these 4x3mm connector dampers?

The narrow 4x3mm connector bore limits ink flow before the damper membrane does, so watch for starvation on high-coverage jobs.
